Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrecisionCal, operated by Atkins Media ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use PrecisionCal.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at support@atkins-media.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not post content that is disrespectful, medically dangerous, or unlawful. The Stewardship Filter may flag and hide such content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with PrecisionCal's services.
• Do not use PrecisionCal to provide medical advice to others.

4. Health Disclaimer

PrecisionCal provides educational nutrition insights generated by AI. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (meal photos, posts, comments). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve PrecisionCal. Anonymized data may contribute to the Global Nutrition Index.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Using PrecisionCal requires a subscription. New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial, after which your subscription renews and payment is charged automatically unless you cancel.

• The 3-day free trial is provided as an App Store introductory offer and begins when you start a subscription. All features are available during the trial.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through your Apple ID by the App Store. Pricing is displayed in-app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial unless cancelled, and at confirmation of purchase for plans without a trial.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store and follow Apple's policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@atkins-media.com.

8. Disclaimers

PrecisionCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atkins Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PrecisionCal.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
