PrecisionCal ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Atkins Media. We treat your health information the way a clinician would: with discretion, purpose, and warmth. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Health & nutrition inputs: meal photos, barcodes, weight, goals, allergies, water intake, and notes you provide.
• Derived analyses: the six-pass meal analysis, metabolic mirror narratives, and weekly Sunday Calibration outputs generated from your inputs.
• Device & usage data: device type, app version, crash diagnostics, and basic interaction events.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personal nutrition analyses and dashboards.
• To improve accuracy of the Global Nutrition Index (anonymized barcode-level entries only).
• To deliver Sunday Calibration suggestions tailored to your goals.
• To moderate community content via the Stewardship Filter.
• To respond to support requests sent to support@atkins-media.com.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, model providers used strictly to generate your analyses), and only as necessary to operate PrecisionCal. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to seed our public Global Nutrition Index entries.

4. Your Choices

• Access, export, or delete your data by emailing support@atkins-media.com.
• Withdraw consent for community posts at any time inside The Sanctuary.
• Disable optional analytics in app settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires otherwise. Anonymized Global Nutrition Index entries may persist.

6. Health Disclaimer

PrecisionCal is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Analyses are for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

7. Children

PrecisionCal is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
